Debt Recovery - automated clearing process

Debt recovery should be more a more automated process. If an owner comes out of debt recovery it should automatically clear you shouldn't have to manually go in and clear debt recovery.

Thank you for your suggestion!

We are happy to let you know that this functionality is already available in Strata Master.

You can configure this in Configure > Debt Recovery an select ‘Automatically clear debt recovery when the owner settles debt and the balance is less than or equal to…’

    You are already able to do this via debt recovery configuration - then go to the box that says "clear when amount balance is less than or equal to"
