  1. We would like to be able to scroll through and minimise columns on the debt recovery tab for owners without having to put into edit mode. Some of our users don’t have the clearance to edit owners information, therefore they are not able to read the entire note left when one has been left under the debt recovery tab. 

  2. Date drop-down arrows

    When selecting the date drop down menu to edit the due/transaction date in the creditor invoice screen ie; highlight the day 31st Jan only and select the small drop down arrow to toggle the day back to 30th Jan the year will skip.

  3. there are instances where no Street number or building name is required for an address set up under the structure tab for 'Other addresses'. Where this is the case, it is only the Resident labels that are affected as this appears to be hard-coded in the backend. Addresses for Owner, Agent, Tenant and Notices can all be edited by removing the slash /. Once the slash is removed it does not appear on the label. You can take the slash / out on the Tenant contact, however, when producing the Resident label the slash appears, as SM is referring to…

  4. Sub-meter invoices & Owner Statements: When issuing/processing individual/multiple Sub-meter invoices & Owner Statements via the Levy wizard I want SM to exclude the Lots with zero balances ie; tick option a tick option in the Levy screen ie; 'exclude Lots with zero balances' would suffice giving the users control.

  5. We would like to be able to change the default due date when an auto diary entry is created for debt recovery at any stage. To be able to change the default due date of the auto diary to extend to 14 days for Debt recovery and to overwrite the standard 7 days.

  6. Work Order search - we want to be able to search work orders issued by a user/action by. Quick Reports>R&M>work orders>add column name to populate user who has created the work order ie. issued by

  9. I would like a merge field to show the individual amount of each of the budgets when using groups. Currently only merge field is for total budgeted (total of all group budgets combined).

  12. Character limitation on lot owner card - in lot owner card > "Building name" field there is a 50 character limit, however on owner invoices, levy notices, 40 of the 50 characters print out on one line, and the remainder on another line which then overlaps with the address of the lot

  13. Investment Reconciliation screen - when an amount is entered in the Fees column , SM assigns this fee to GL account 251401 Admin-Bank Charges-Account Fees which is a standard fund account. The description that SM populates for this transaction is "Bank fee on investment" - I use this code differently; to account for my RWT (withholding tax). Is there a possibility of adding an additional column in the Investment Reconciliation screen called "Withholding Tax". This would work for both NZ and AU clients

  14. When linking new owner to lots - where an owner owns multiple lots within the same plan, I would like the functionality to bring up the lot owner name and the have the option to allocate that name to multiple lots OR have a change owner wizard to allow an option to execute new owner change for multiple lots to link the same owner card

  16. It would be good to have a way that in the attendance register, under the ‘in attendance’ tab there could be options for ‘proxy’ and ‘company nominee’ added to the drop down box? You could then list the person in the ‘Representative’ column for that Lot.

  17. When you go to print the bank reconciliation summary in formatted reports, in the drop down box it lists all old Strata Managers even when they have been made inactive in the system.

  18. Management reports - you can run the management fees report but there is no corporate accounting function within STRATA master. It would be useful to have a report in form reports which tells you the revenue that was generated.
