Ability to email copies of invoices with owner statements/tenant invoices without fileSMART
Without having to pay for fileSMART! This would save me hours and hours of time, as I currently have to go back through my emails (once tenant invoices or owner statement have been sent), and re-send any emails with the invoices for outgoings attached.

I totally agree. The lack of this facility is a horrendously regular waste of time as your are servicing phone calls and emails requesting copies of the original documents.
An Attachment(s) button below the Cancel button seems the logical way to solve this.
