Ability for the Property Detail Report (reports / detailed report) export only gives a PDF option.
Export under other but there are no fields to select specific month
This would help record and track the number of properties being managed, because REST doesn't provide true numbers i.e. of a property can't be archived due to bonds or outstanding disbursements etc., so an excel spreadsheet of detailed report from the current and previous month to cross reference would help
