    Hi Matthew,

    Thanks for your suggestion. We will open this up to votes and are planning a block of work on pre-authorizing contractors later this year.

    In the mean-time, did you know you can create a custom questionnaire that allows contractors to upload certification details when they sign in at a kiosk?     Hello,

    To improve the user-friendly aspect of the contractor portal site, can you also build/include the following functionalities:

    1) Link our own user guide
    2) On page, ability to provide customisable instructions
    3) Ability to rename the tabs and provide tool tip on the various page elements, textbox, buttons, dropdown lists.

    Can we also allow configuration options so members are able to upload certifications required such as WWCC (Working with Children Check) if the Portal User was unable to upload the information on their behalf.

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

    Thanks for your feedback. We have had a number of requests to improve the induction builder. We'll open this up to votes from the wider community and to gather feedback on potential improvements.
