    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

    It would be great if a contractor tried to sign in as a visitor if the system could cross check their name and company against the registered contractors and if it was a close match a pop up came up saying something like "We noticed you might be a contractor, would you like to sign in as a contractor instead?" Would save me time hassling contractors to sign in as contractors not visitors
