    We'd like the ability to send out reminders to trades for outstanding maintenance items to encourage them to provide a relevant update without having to make phone calls - This could be a 30/60 day reminder for example

    I find it strange that this feature was available via REST yet the newer platform still does not have this feature available. We found it highly effective when using it with REST as it kept our arrears level in order with less time consumed in doing so.
