    I would like to request a “Day of Sale” field added, either alongside or in place of the Settlement Date into the Sold by Other Section. We've noted that most data providers supply the sale date, but few record the settlement date.

    We believe having this field would help us use the tool more effectively to identify how many leads are lost to competitors.

    Would really appreciate this feature to help with data clean up. Could it default to "sold" date, with the option to add a settlement date if we know it? Sold date is generally publicly available, settlement is generally not.

    Got the following email response to this request (see below). Copying in case it's of use to other users...

    This work around could solve the pod scenario, thank you very much!

    It won't solve for data clean up of inactive team member tasks however. An example use case would be needing to bulk delete all tasks older than 2 years for all inactive team members across the network.

    Thanks for your suggestion. We will wait to see what other user feedback we receive around this, but also wanted to provide you with a work-around of this limitation to solve part of the issue that you raise.

    If the pod team members have been added to a Consultant Group, you can select to view that group's statistics on the main Dashboard. If you then click the TASKS link in the upper left corner of the Dashboard, that will jump you to a combined view of all those team members' tasks, and you may apply further filters from there as necessary."
