    This would be super helpful as we are now having to manually update the property rent during a rent increase and when entering a new renter. REST always prompted us when it noted a difference between the property rent and the renter rent and and would give you an option to update / accept change when entering a new renter. Given our fees are charged/generated from the property information, this really should be updating automatically.
