As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

Ability to select which days Auto Communications will be active.
Example being about to select that is turns off for Saturday/Sunday and automatically turns back on Monday. With reconciliations not done over the weekend and potentially forgetting to manually turn off the auto-communications, saves incorrect notices being sent.
