Property Ledger
Have a ledger for each property and not just for ownership. Difficult to find transactions on large owner portfolios when grouped on one ledger. Understand that we can search this report although not ideal and easy to miss.

Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt
Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

Tribunal Report - Have the option to select what prints
We want to have the option on what we want to include in the report when generating. Don't want owner contact details, owner notes and owner portal communications on a tenancy report. Others may want/not want other things

Rent Summary Report to show more information
The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant
It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

Love the improvements to Find Creditor Invoice Search over the years. New search can include Due Date From and to. Could we have option for PAID dates

More filters when generating reports
Ability to filter reports by Suburb/Street Name, Bed/Bath/Car (on Find Profile, Rent Reviews, Tenancy Leases). Tags are good but we end up duplicate this information that is already in the profiles

More information recording in the information audit
Capture more information in the information audit, such as changing dates (leases, vacating), bond details, charging fees, editing bank account details. Would be good to be able to have this accessible by profile too

Feedback wanted: Global Search changes
Our product team are currently discussing enhancements to how you can use the Global Search and we'd love your feedback. This includes
- Ability to search for phone numbers and email addresses
- Ability to search for separate contacts
- Reordering search results, at the moment it the results order is: Tasks; Owner; Property; Tenant; Vendor; Buyer; Creditor however would this work better for you if Tenancy results appeared first, all Contact results, or Property results? Also whether it displays the first 10 matches only with the option to click "more" so that the results to scroll through for each category is shorter?

Trust & Reports - Ownership Funds - Outstanding Invoices
This report is very useful, but would be better if we could filter for Outstanding Invoices for due date period. Like paying Creditors, could we have the choice of invoices 10 days, 30 days, 45 days, All invoices or Flexible date.
We use this report to check when we have available funds but invoices overdue for an amount over the funds available. It enables us to split the invoice payment when appropriate, or release without Witholding Agency Fees4 votes -

Team Leader Version of PropertyTree weekly agency overview
A weekly generated email to the Team Leads, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great - outlining where their staff and portfolio's are at.
Providing a view to on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their management week week up for success.

Download agency ledger as a csv
Download agency ledger as a cvs as this is the report that gives a line item breakdown of each period's agency statement. The fee report that CAN be downloaded has to be adjusted for GST AND always has some reconciling items due to part payments.

Dashboard lease expiry
Would be great if once a vacate date was entered in the property only shows in the vacancies dashboard instead of showing as an expiring or expired lease. Seperates what leases you are still in process of following up and finalising to which properties are not renewing their lease.

Weekly Summary Report arrears information
The weekly summary report that comes through shows rent areas as period which is not a true reflection of the rent arrears. Would be good if this report was customizable for the company or if it shows rent arrears as effective or even both period and effective.

Export all information, like Rest Professional
Ability to have a report with everything and then filter out what isn't needed (like REST export). PropertyTree is very limited on what can be exported and needs more fields available

When you want to look up a painter for example and do not have any names, you cannot find without a name of the tradesperson or company

Add more information to the Manage Rent Roll/Valuation report
This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).
