  1. Duplication of tenant or Property when retaining a sold property

    When we duplicate a tenant/property from one owner to another as the property has sold and we've retained the management and can't use the wizard it would be good if you had the option to duplicate the diary entries etc like you can with the wizard.

  2. Diary Entry

    Consider transferring records between the property's diary, owner's diary, and tenant's diary instead of deleting them if it has been done by mistakes and redoing the process.

  3. Letter head for All merge document template

    Could be auto generated the letterhead onto the document templates.

    I would like an error message to pop up when an attachment in the diary is more than 20MB and wont process. Currently there is no error message to indicate why and in some instances says "Saved successfully"

  6. Supplier Insurance expiry date automatically fed to Dashboard as 'Reminder'

    Would be time saving & a great way to keep track, if when we enter the Supplier Insurance details & expiry date under the 'options' tab that the expiry date is fed to Dashboard as a 'Reminder' to chase up Insurance upon expiry date.

  7. Move things around in diaries - Ability to edit the Diary entry name

    Would be great if you could move (drag) items around in the diary so they follow each other in a logical order eg if an owner accepts a quote via email and you activate the work order then drop everything else into the diary from outlook that related to that work you could shuffle them into the correct order

  8. Inspection Import Report

    When the inspection report has been uploaded to Palace, could be able to saved as inspection report in property diary, so the auditor will be easier to generate the property diary report basic on inspection report. and easy to find out how many inspection report has been uploaded successfully and sent to the owner before end of the month.
    As inspection report could be deleted by anyone from import list.

  9. Function to be able to archive 'Document Template' letters in Palace

    It would be great if we could archive letters in Palace (Document templates) in case needed in future so can reduce the amount of 'current' letters/ document templates in Palace (without having to delete these completely)
