New Qld Legislation allows a body corporate to change the quorum for a general meeting by special resolution from 25% and 2 people present to 10% and 1 person present. I suggest making an option to change the quorum amount in the system so that you can tell which scheme has approved this change and also so that it calculates on the voting register.
