The Communications Wizard has been enhanced to provide even more functionality when messaging contacts across your database, and includes the following features:
The new Bulk Email Wizard introduces the ability to email Owners, Tenants, Residents, Agents and Committees for single or multiple corporations.
Duplicate email address removal.
A preview screen to allow contacts to be sorted and viewed prior to sending the email.
A button on the Corporation screen to launch the new Bulk Email Wizard for single corporations.
Improvements to the SMS Wizard provides the ability to message multiple corporations, including duplicate mobile number removal.
