    CURRENT PROBLEM

In real estate, it's common for couples to attend inspections and be managed together through the sales process. The current system doesn't handle this well, and agents are forced to choose between two bad options:

Option A — Single contact (e.g. "Jane and Bob Smith")
The contact record is messily formatted and doesn't reflect two real individuals. This creates problems downstream for personalised communication and accurate data.

Option B — Two separate contacts (e.g. "Jane Smith" and "Bob Smith")
Each person appears as a distinct lead, which causes:
    - Vendor reports showing 2 separate viewings, 2 sets of comments, and 2 interest levels for what is actually one interested party
    - Agents calling the same couple twice from the buyer lead screen without realising they're related
    - Inspection numbers being inflated, giving vendors an inaccurate picture of genuine interest

    REQUESTED SOLUTION

    1. Linked contacts at check-in
When checking a contact into an inspection, agents should be able to search for and connect a related contact (e.g. a partner or spouse). This linkage should be optional and easy to action in the moment.

    2. Treat linked contacts as a single unit in vendor reporting
When two contacts are linked, their inspection attendance, interest level, and callback notes should be consolidated into a single entry in vendor reports. This gives vendors an accurate view of genuine buyer interest.

    3. Treat linked contacts as a single unit in the buyer lead screen
Linked contacts should appear together in the callback queue so agents can see at a glance that these two people are the same buying party, avoiding duplicate calls and ensuring both names are referenced in follow-up.

    USER STORY

As a real estate agent, I want to link two contacts together as a couple so that their inspection attendance and follow-up activity is treated as a single unit, giving me cleaner data, more accurate vendor reports, and a more efficient callback process.

This would be excellent for a PA style role so they could flick between dashboards of the agents they are working with, it also would allow them to be able to click through appraisals/listings/pipeline view and for the filters in this screen to auto populate with from dashboard consultant

I would like to see an undo action button next to this so if it is clicked accidentally this action can be undone and the category can be removed from that contact
