They are really confused and not happy about it, and really time consuming for us to inform the tenant manually. Sometimes we cancel wrong tenancy invoices, but this cancellation are not informed automatically to the tenants.
They are really confused and not happy about it, and really time consuming for us to inform the tenant manually.
Please add a feature so that the agency may choose or not choose to inform the tenant when the tenancy invoice was cancelled.
