Thanks for your feedback.
We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

Agreed - we come across this so often when dealing with large organisations with multiple locations and we really need to be able to identify what each location is using for billing purposes and also for the induction SMS credits to be assigned to a location so it shows in the notification summary report and not just on the accounts SMS credit total usage.
