    It has come to our attention that past maintenance etc for a property doesn't remain with the property card when the ownership is changed. We would like to request that the maintenance history remains, as we then don't have any indication of a recurring issue unless we think to look into archived owners.

    There should be the option for landlords to have multiple bank accounts linked to their various rental properties within the one ownership card (where the drop-down menu mentions flat-rate or percentage, there should also be the option to drop down the relevant rental property).
    At the moment, I am told the only option is to create different ownership cards, however this is not ideal as we would prefer all properties to be linked to the one landlord.
