   - this is important for states such as South Australia where tenants are charged in advance, e.g. for Water Usage
   - this visual info of a Vacate Date helps them identify and invoice tenants correctly
   - recommend to display the Vacate Date once invoice has been opened, e.g. next to Lease Start/End Date
