I completely agree with this suggestion. Commercial bond top-ups are a common requirement when rent increases occur, and it would be extremely helpful if Property Tree allowed this to be processed and invoiced directly alongside the rental increase.
At the moment, managing commercial bond increases separately creates unnecessary manual work and can make tenant statements/invoices less clear. Having the ability to generate an invoice that includes both the updated rent and the commercial bond increase would improve transparency for tenants, reduce administration time, and make the process much cleaner for agencies managing commercial properties.
I would definitely love to see this included in Property Tree.
