An error occurred while saving the comment Insights Team commentedQuick Reports - it would be good to have the option to search Lots that have Interim Reports due.
An error occurred while saving the comment Insights Team commentedInterim Reporting - to be able to run a report to show which plans are due for their interim reports to be produced. Maybe to have an extra column in Quick Reports to show the date they were last run.

An error occurred while saving the comment Insights Team commentedReports ability to select multiple plans when printing a report.... eg balance sheet or I&E. This can be done via Reports > AGM Prep, however can only select either by manager, or plan range. I would like the ability to select certain plans, in the same way that certain lots can be selected when printing / emailing levies (ie. A grid with all of the plans and just select the plans the reports are required for).

An error occurred while saving the comment Insights Team commentedMail Merge - being able to send a mail merge letter to owners, residents and agents using the one mail merge pass. Suggest in the word document > Finish and Merge > send email messages > To: field (add a merge field called Email > then have a sub-menu with options you can check called "owner" "resident" "agent") so the user is not restricted to just being able to email the owner or the agent.

An error occurred while saving the comment Insights Team commentedThere is no easy way to manage insurance in STRATA Master, you cannot track where the quotes are up to. There is also nowhere to record key information you have to provide to the insurance company e.g. what the roof is made off. Except for in the notes section on the building card, which is too small already.

Enhancement in configure>debt recovery to add ability for a drop down to include a list of multiple templates to select for a stage.
