This is a must - for example when you are running other campaigns - such as Just Listed emails or similar and you need these to go to the right people - adding a "buyer" category to someone who has been checked in at an OFI, is a must. This should happen automatically. Currently we have to add manually and when you are busy at an open, it doesn't always happen. And, the code is already there in a similar form, when Web Enquiry category is added automatically to a contact when we get a REA or Domain enquiry.
