We've previously received rent as calendar monthly only, which was never a problem for bond.
Now that tenants can insist on paying weekly/fortnightly we're having the issue of bond being automatically receipted as rent as part of the download.
Working around this by delaying the entry of bpay references is a slow process when you're dealing with several new tenants in amongst a typical rent download for the day.
Please look into improving this aspect of the program. I understand that Property Tree allows for this - would appreciate if REST could do the same as we are not looking at moving to the cloud any time soon as we've trialled this with another provider who seemed well-developed and came across numerous other issues. Hence, we have come back to REST being the program that we know and love.
