In other systems the Renegotiation tab had start and finish dates. You could load a tenants rent for 12 months then load a second set of dates for the tenant to change to an increased or decreased rate once the finish date expired automatically. This is good for temporary relief or fixed term increases.
The reneg tab also kept the history of these changes.
