    We're pleased to advise that a new Property Status filter will be added to the Key Register to allow filtering by Active, Archived or All properties (Active by default). This is currently in development, and we'll let you know once it has been released.

    We would like the ability to automatically exclude or filter out keys linked to archived properties from the key register.

    Currently, when attempting to remove keys associated with archived properties, the system also removes the key number from the active property, which affects data accuracy.

    It would be extremely helpful to have:

    A filter option to display live properties only in the key register, or

    A way to unlink archived property keys without impacting active property key records.

    This feature would significantly improve database auditing, key tracking accuracy, and overall system integrity for agencies managing large portfolios.
