  1. Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out

    We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

  2. Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.

    Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.

    For example, employees from Department A are required to select Host, work Zone/Area, and whether they are working alone; whereas employees from Department B are only required to select Zone/Area and whether they are working alone.

  3. Set date to move an employee from one location to another or remove them

    We have staff who act in roles at different locations who have an "end" date. It would be useful to be able to enter a date when the employee needs to move to a new location or return to their substantive location.

    We will be opening this idea for votes.


    In the meantime, as a workaround you can setup these employees as Contractors and use temporary location access in the organisation page on their profile.

  4. Sync logs for longer period

    Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

  5. Employee Activation email

    Make the employee Activation email editable. The email that a new employee receives on a new account creation is horrible. Please allow admins to modify the template.
