Could we have inspection summary show in calendar format?

Need to be able to see the date a maintenance job is completed
When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

Rent Arrears Strikes
A system or notification option that showes how many times a renter has been issued a notice to vacate for rental arrears, to easily show what strike within a 12 month period the renter is up to.

Alerts on files
Property ME has the option to have an alert on the renter, property and owner screen right in front of you, rather then searching for pinned notes/alerts.

Have the property managers name as a column in reports
Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

Sales Advertising Reports
We need a consolidated report which is able to be separated by each sales rep (by tag maybe?) which shows all advertising spent to date for each of their own listings. I was able to produce this report in REST and would send it to each Rep monthly so they could keep track of their spending and not go over budget or if needed, contact their Vendor and request further funds.

'floating' text box for creating text messages
When creating a text message it would be great to have that as a 'floating' pop up window to enable the information ie arrears amount when inputting the SMS to be viewed while creating the text.

Be able to edit the communication of outstanding invoice to vendor with pre populated Sales Trust Bank account details.

Creditor Invoice Breakdown Screen
On the creditor invoice breakdown screen, it would be good to see a traffic light system highlighted on the $ amount.
Green = enough funds in owners account to pay it.
Amber = enough funds in owner account however there are other priority bills to pay so there may not be enough money to pay this creditor now.
Red = not enough funds in owner account to pay this bill now.17 votes -
Identify User Data Entry
It would be extremely useful for Management if we were able to see who has entered/deleted information from the system for auditing and error processing. Just like receipting you can identify who has receipted funds.

Ability to upload 1 document with multiple pages (invoices) to Invoice Genius, then split into individual invoices, like in FileSmart.

Display Property Manager in Invoice Genius
Display the Property Manager’s name in Invoice Genius on the ‘Bulk Processing’ screen, next to the Property address, so we can identify the PM and bulk forward invoices (similar to FileSmart).
Also display the PM on the invoice screen once the invoice has been opened and Property selected, which will be helpful for any invoices that were not bulk processed users currently have to have 2 screens open, to find out who the PM is, before they can forward the invoice9 votes -
journal Funds for Sales and Tenancy Funds
currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.
It would be very useful to also have journals for:
Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another
Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

Allocation of creditors to certain properties
We have a owner who does not want a certain creditor to do any more maintenance on her properties.
Currently the only way is to pin a note to the property profile and hope the note is checked before creating the maintenance request. The information on the note is not access able once you are in the maintenance request screen
We would love it to add or removing creditors to the owner or properties so the creditors not allowed don't even appear as an option when creating the request11 votes -
Separation of properties in portal
Clients with more than one property are unable to view graphs and details for each property individually.
Only work around is to have separate email addresses for each property with different portal log ins11 votes -
Warning when entering invoices for lost properties
Show a warning when a user is trying to create a creditor invoice for a property that is marked as lost.

Recurring invoices - generate 14 days before due date, not on due date
Have a "Email On" Date or timeframe i.e. "14 days before" for recurring tenant invoices. At the moment the recurring invoice feature sends the invoice on the date it is created, but for rental invoices, our customers want to received them earlier to pay rent in advance.

Set up automated communication for agent
Currently we can set up to automatically a tenant or owner that the lease is due for renewal at x days. We would like an option that we can set up automatic emails to the agent at x days so they can be triggered to individualize the communication to the owner.
