  1. Currently you can only send automated comms from a User, Point of Contact or Company. However when you have 2x people working on one property, various comms should be sent from either user.
    There should be an ability in PT to send from business role in the agency.

  2. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

Checklists - it would be great to have checklists available to attach to either an owner, property or tenant for new managements, lost managements, new tenancies, break leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants etc. If we could customise them to suit the business and they attach to the corresponding event. Setup same as merge mail templates so it is easy to adopt your own procedures.

  6. At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.

    We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

  7. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  10. Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.

    Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

  11. Once a lease has expired and rolled into a periodic lease we don't want the tenant to appear on the expired leases. We want to mark the tenancy lease as periodic and keep the lease end date entered as a record that there was a fixed term lease previously.

  12. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  13. it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.
