  1. It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.

    These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

  2. Can you please add a default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code to the Configuration > Accounts (like other Account Groups/Codes are setup), so Users don’t have to create it, however can customize if necessary.
    Unless the Tenancy Expense Account is used or displayed on any reports, the name for the Account Group & Code can be very generic.

  4. Having the option to clone compliance data for blocks.
    If you manage an entire building and get the AFSS done - there should be an option to clone the data to the rest of the building rather than having to do it individually.

  5. Increase invoice field description to be longer than string with a maximum length of 255. Alternatively add a message with clear instructions automatically limiting their character limit.

  6. When a invoice is processed, you cannot see which user has completed this or see a log.

    We have had a couple of instances where we needed to address certain situations around task management and accountability and due to know log, it has made it difficult.

  7. move the bond & deposits field closer to lease and rent or make it part of this field so that it is completed and updated when prospects are converted or easily completed when rent increases are done.

  8. Hi, Can I suggest that when you search for a landlord in the "Search Bar" at the top, can the details of the "Property" be shown. This would be helpful when identifying landlords with multiple properties. Presently, it shows the address of the landlord and an id number that means nothing to me when I am looking for a property address. Thank you

  9. When work orders are downloaded there is no date on them. recipients are complaining that there is no date for the creation on the work order. When you download the existing work order it makes the creation date the day you download it not the actual date you create the work order.
    The date would and could be relevant for any tribunal issues for repairs and maintenance at tribunal.

  10. Can tenant invoices that are created through invoice genius be automatically included into Tenant & Property Documents? This will help with ensure that water usage invoices are issued to the Tenant at the same time as an Owner Invoice. Manually entered invoices appear, just need Invoice Genius ones as well. Thank you

  11. Smoke Alarms Australia can push invoices through to us via Invoice Automate (B+A) but the system cannot recognise these and add them to the compliance register. It would be super efficient if approving the invoice added the invoice to the compliance documents and updated the register's expiry and inspection dates.

  12. When a tenancy sells their business and the lease is transferred I would like to be able to set up the new tenancy and have the correct dates from the original lease. At the current time, the lease dates cannot overlap with the previous tenant which forces us to enter in the incorrect dates and pin a note to the tenancy.

  14. Income & Expenditure Statements should be reformatted to be GST inclusive when showing expenses. Currently, e.g. 'Electrical' shows expense + GST on the next line. With only the total expense figure being GST inclusive.
    EOM Statements show an expense as GST inclusive in the 'Money Out' column with the GST paid showed in the 'Expense' column e.g. Garden Maintenance (GST paid: $***)

  19. Have the ability to customize a tenant's receipt.
    Rent paid to and from dates on tenant receipts are confusing tenants, it should have rent paid from {date} to {date} with part payment {$amount} effective paid to {date} like the tenants ledgers.

  20. It would be ideal if we could create an I & E statement from the ownership - actions as one offs. Currently you need to go to create I & E and cannot select one owner until you have searched all owners.
    Ownerships that end during the year due to sales or family returning to property, need these statements sometimes early or I like to create them when archiving the property and then its done and finalised.
