Few things I would like to suggest

1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not foregt about them and another tile for other tasks (but only the ones you tick to show on the tiles like high priority ones as they can get lost in the other areas of the portal (out of sight, out of mind)

4. An in house between users messaging system and you can @ each other to ask where things are up to, like in the task/workflow comments etc and for these messages/notifications to pop up somewhere seen easily.

5. for the notes, it would be great when you type something up and it has paragraphs/spaces etc, that when you save it, it keeps that same format.
