Adding text to statements
It would be good to be able to add a message on the actual statements instead of just in the email - not all owners receive emails and it means we are having to print an additional letter to communicate the message. i.e Christmas closure period, public holidays coming up, rates will be due in ........ etc.

Inspection Only Properties section
Inspection Only properties, where these properties have their own category and add a tenant (not just prospect), start date etc. Invoice Owner once inspection is done. This would also stop the address coming up in the new viewing booking system.

Automated communication to the tenants advising the maintenance/quote is going to be performed
I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.

Bulk Edit existing Fees
At the moment you can use the Fee Editor to Bulk Edit Fees, if there is no Fee amount or % applied already. However, you can't do that if there is already a Fee amount or % applied and there is an outstanding fee within the database.
It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit any existing Fee amounts and % too, and also select either some Fees or all Fees.6 votes -

It would be useful to add a column of invoice amount under the document tap for ownership as we usually look up past invoices and look for one that has a certain figure that we have in mind.

Place a creditor invoice on hold when processing a creditor run
When paying creditors, it would be really useful to be able to place an invoice on hold from the 'Pay Creditor' screen. This would be particularly useful at EOM when decisions are made in terms of holding an account to pay with funds in the following month especially at EOM when you are processing creditor payments often.

Team Leader Version of PropertyTree weekly agency overview
A weekly generated email to the Team Leads, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great - outlining where their staff and portfolio's are at.
Providing a view to on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their management week week up for success.

Inspections: Warning when closing inspection and no report attached
Routine inspections should not be able to be closed in PT without first attaching the report.
There should be a warning pop up telling you that you cannot close inspection until report is attached.
This will help when staff leave that you know the reports are there and inspections have not just been closed without doing the inspections.

Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

Download agency ledger as a csv
Download agency ledger as a cvs as this is the report that gives a line item breakdown of each period's agency statement. The fee report that CAN be downloaded has to be adjusted for GST AND always has some reconciling items due to part payments.

Dashboard lease expiry
Would be great if once a vacate date was entered in the property only shows in the vacancies dashboard instead of showing as an expiring or expired lease. Seperates what leases you are still in process of following up and finalising to which properties are not renewing their lease.

When closing maintenance, an option to mark the invoice has been sent to the owner for payment
We want to be able to flag when an invoice has been sent to the owner for payment, it's confusing when looking at closed maintenance where no invoice is linked or entered as a disbursement so a tickbox "Invoice Sent to Owner" when completing the job would be helpful

Account name on the ledger instead of the account code
We have queries on the I&E statements and when going back to either the PM or owner it will be easier if they can see the account name instead of the account code on the ledger. There is no report to show you what has been used under a specific account code other that the ledger.

Issue date on work orders
Client has requested that work orders be updated to include a issue date so that creditors have a clear record of what date they were given the job. And also, if this comes up at tribunal they will need to show when it was issued.
