  2. We have so many mail merge templates that when we use the dropdown to select the template we have a big list of them to go through (currently in alphabetical order). Would be great to have custom categories for our mail merge templates so that all the rent arrears templates displayed together, and then all the lease templates etc.

  3. It does not seem that you can add an invoice when creating a credit to a tenant. The owner just sees the credit applied on the statement but no invoice can be attached. Would be nice for an owner to have a document to support the tenant credit.

  5. Include archived tenant vacancies in vacancy report to see historic data when required.

    IE. You want to know how many vacancies had in a block of 100 apartments within a 3 month period. - Currently cannot see this as report only shows active tenancies with a vacate date.

  6. Remove the future bookings from the owner statements and only list the bookings that are being paid. Some properties have a large number of future bookings and it's very distracting for the owner when looking at their statement. They are only interested in what they have been paid and what expenses they have incurred

  7. Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

  8. Sales reporting - there are no reports you can generate for KPI's. All the data is put in for Listing and Selling Agent and dates of agency agreements but you cannot generate a report (monthly, quarterly) showing individual agents commissions etc.
    If we put all the data in, why can we not generate reports like this?

  10. An alert should come up when sending out an invoice via the create tenancy invoice to a tenant who does not have emails or it should print automatically. The button is "Create Invoice" so unless you look for the details you can think it has emailed, as it doesn't prompt to print.

    1. Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
    2. Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
    3. Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

  14. It would be great to be able to update a Work Order status back to a Quote Request. (Scenario where a creditor was sent out to complete a repair for example, and a replacement was required, so a quote was submitted)

  17. The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant

    It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

  19. I'd like to see a specific function which expands the current tags function that allows for ownership payments to be date specific on a monthly basis. For example a landlord requests that their rent be released to them on the 20th of the month to coincide with a mortgagee repayment. This function would be particularly helpful to ownerships with multiple properties rather than paying rents each time a tenant makes payment. The function should only allow for the release of funds on that date as a failsafe when paying other ownerships also.
