  1. We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)

    It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

  2. The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

  3. Ability to allocate held funds from the Tenancy Funds Summary page to more than one tenancy at a time. Either the option to return to the tenancy funds summary page or tick boxes so you can select all tenants you wish to allocate held funds in one go. At the moment you have to keep going back and reloading the summary page. Would be great for those who hold funds for holiday accommodation.

  4. When setting up a new PT account, there should be an option allowing the agency to clone all templates in their original PT account, i.e. logos, letters, notices, tasks, categories & business roles.
    This would greatly help if the agency is expanding into new PT accounts using their current trading name.

  5. Create a merge field to set a future date for merge templates - example - Form 1B - Termination form - you need to set a future date in this form

  6. When you click to integrate a Breach Notice in REI Forms it is only putting the primary tenant not all tenants in the field also it doesn't inset the arrears amount in. it should pull that information as well.

  7. Intergrate with 3rd party suppliers such as cube online. So that automatic review requests can be sent within the software at specific target prompts- ie new leases, tenant is sent an email or sms with a link asking for a review for the agency

  8. I have been using the Property Tree / RealWorks Integration a lot of late. There are a few things that have been missed though. I have sent a spreadsheet but have been told to put it here.

    Add a contact which is a business name. Maybe add fields for this, eg ABN
    Adding a new contact worked but it also inserted the next contact.

    Add; Lot and Plan and Local Council fields to PT and bring over to RW

    Land sold as - Freehold - Leasehold. Add two Options.

    Send land area to "Area" field in Contract - text field

  9. Zapier allows integration of many different programs so it would be an awesome help to us if property tree was connected to Zapier.

  10. I notice that 1Form has the ability to export application and associated new tenant information/documents - it would be great to link this with Property Tree to enter the new tenant information directly from their application.
