For the 12 Month Statement of Revenue & Expenses report to display the revenue/expense into each correct Month accordingly and not be determined by the financial year end 'month' number of days of the Building.

Allow small debts not to incurr interest for arrears
With the $2.75 being charged by Australia Post, we have a lot of owners who are in arrears by this amount. The system automatically applies interest to this amount.
I would like to see an option in the background to allow us to set a limit that interest will not be charged on. Example "do not charge interest on arrears less than $____" This way companies can make the choice to use it or not6 votes -
Multiple Resolutions - Online Voting
Allow for multiple resolutions in online voting.
For eg.
That the Body Corporate have the exterior of the building painted Yes / No / Abstain
and further
a. That contractor A be appointed for $450,000 Yes/No

Meeting Master Quick Launch Buttons
Add Quick Launch buttons to allow for:
Review the tradesmans tab (we do this every year after the AGM to ensure it is kept up to date)
put the next AGM in the meeting register (the reoccurring resolutions button is not suitable for us to use as we make updates to our minutes each and every year and the reoccurring button does not allow for these)

Ability to move windows outside of Strata Master
The ability to move all windows outside of the Strata Master boundary. Some windows already open outside of this, i.e. lot address windows, print windows, and sometimes it would be good to move other windows such as the Crop Window outside of the Strata Master boundary.

Budgets - Breakdown Quarterly
It would be good to have the option to break the budget down on a per quarter basis (in line with the quarterly levy income), instead of just annually. This would help short term cash flow management.

Change Owner Checklist Wizard - Levy Notices Button
The Levy Notices button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard does not print the VCAT page, nor is there an option to save that Fee Notice to FileSmart. The only work around is to print the Fee Notice via the Levy Notice wizard, making the button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard fairly redundant.

Meeting Attendance Register Report
We want the ability to overwrite the financial status of an owner for the meeting attendance register (without having to do it by hand) for simple things like $0.34 outstanding they may well be financial, but extra interest was taken out of a payment technically it's interest so they are considered financial. We are having to change this manually, which looks dreadful on our registers at our meetings.

Creditor Payment - Bank details
I would like a report to show creditor bank accounts prior to me actioning the 'Pay' function in SM so I can cross check what is on the actual creditor invoice compared to what is in SM. For example, have the creditor bank account details print out alongside the Validation report generated from the FSCI screen

Electronic Voting - Committee Meeting types
This is important for strata committee meetings as we make them compliant with quick and easy strata committee meetings to formalise their decisions quickly so SCM for electronic voting is really important to have. We are manually creating and sending voting papers for them to complete and return.
Would like to be able to create their own meeting types. ie. Strata Committee Meeting, outside of the ones pre-defined in STRATA Master, to be able to to action the above.6 votes -
Resident labels
Resident labels – it is using the system address NOT the specific address entered for this purpose under tenants contact details. Design constraint - When producing Resident labels the address details record from the unit/lot/address fields under the Lot and not as displayed under the Tenant contact details.

Re-issuing receipts
Re-issuing of receipts - option is to print the receipt out, however if owners would like them to be emailed, then currently l have to print the receipt to a PDF writer, save the file and then attach to email. Please create an email icon as well so can email the receipt out directly or have SM create a PDF file which will attach to Outlook automatically

Owner Additional Contacts: Committee Members
Emails of Additional Contacts When check the "Include additional email addresses" in Configure > Agency > Option #3, I understand that it will include the email addresses of additional contacts in BCC. However, when I only want to email all committee members by clicking on "Emailing committee members with Microsoft Outlook" in Corp > Committee tab > SM also includes the email addresses of the additional contact. Believe that as the additional contact is not part of the Committee, their email address should not be included.

Mail Merge - Additional Contacts
Mail Merge - when doing an email mail merge run, Owner_email merge field only picks up any emails in the "Email address" field on the lot owner card - I believe any email that is added to Additional Contacts section of lot owner card with "C" ticked, should be able to have these email addresses included as well - maybe add another merge field to include the email addresses in Additional Contacts section that have "C" ticked

Create one PDF file with multiple levy/statements within
The ability to create one PDF file rather than individual files when selecting multiple lot owners from a building card to send levies to.
If you have a developer who owns 30 lots, are currently issuing 30 individual pages or emails, look to pdf bind as such so we can issue one file.5 votes
