    • Creditor Invoice
    • Quick pay
    • Manual Bank Reconciliation, Deposit & Withdrawal Tabs
    • Journal
    • Miscellaneous Invoice
    • Other Receipt Type to Owners Corp
    • Credit Lot
    • Reporting criteria that allows for filtering by account code
    • and any other screen where you select an account code, it would be great if you could start to type part of the code name and it searches/provide options available.

    For e.g. if I typed "Doors" it would filter account codes to provide a list of account codes with the word "Doors" in it:

    164600 Maint Bldg--Doors & Windows
    166600 Maint Bldg--Garage Doors
    264600 Maint…

  2. Ability to attach multiple levy notices from multiple OCs at the same property as an attachment in one email rather than forwarding multiple emails for each levy notice/invoice to the same owner.

  3. On the CORP page where the insurance cover details are entered, it would be helpful to have historical information held from the period cover. The reasoning behind this is that on occasion insurance claims are settled for prior years. At present one has to go to FILESMART find the insurance renewal and scroll down to find the excess that is applicable for that particular year.

  4. Ability to select multiple plans when printing a report. eg balance sheet or I&E. This can be done via Reports > AGM Prep, however can only select either by manager, or plan range. Client would like the ability to select certain plans, in the same way that certain lots can be selected when printing / emailing levies (ie. A grid with all of the plans and just select the plans the reports are required for). A great idea to include grid selection of plans to choose from.

  7. Would like the Strata Plan number to be added to the name of the attachment when emailing levies. Currently only has the lot number and the month the levy is due.... eg Lot101FeeNotice201712.pdf.

  8. I would like to be able to create a budget that breaks down the budgeted amount monthly. Currently only option is annually, as more larger plans are being built / registered, owners are requesting a monthly breakdown of expenditure, rather than a annual total.

  14. Example - Corp has $900.00 invoice outstanding and $400.00 available. Sits in CR invoice until enough money to pay.
    New invoice comes in for $350.00 and can get paid without knowing that there are earlier invoices still unpaid. If warning pops up, it would give the user option to hold to ensure earlier invoices are paid first.

  16. Ability to place reserve funds against both admin and maintenance funds.
    We would also like to be able to apply this theory to multiple schedules (groups) to avoid one OC covering the costs of another OC.

  18. Add Building alerts to signal users that there is important information regarding the building. The funcitonlaity was available in Stratamatic and the alert was displayed in these areas; General Alert, Admin Alert, Accounts Alert, Management Alert, Maintenance Alert. STRATA Master currently has building notes but the Alerts act as pop-up messages.

  19. I would like SM to include the invoice number into payment file which is then uploaded to the bank - this is so the invoice number can be shown on the bank statement of the creditor to allow for easier reconciling
