Auto generate reciepts for Levy Payments
Would like to acknowledge lots owners levy payment For e.g. auto generate receipt from daily down load or have a line showing payment that came in when issuing levy notices for the next quarter, for every lot

Contact Type drop down option
When you go to Quick Reports and Registers tab, Contract Register types; the options in the drop down box for Contract Type is not in alphabetical order, it is in the order that were entered into STRATA Master, this is not very helpful and wastes time.

Strata Max has the ability to send out surveys to gain a net promoter score directly from the product which is very useful. This type of functionality helps us as business owners to grow and improve our business.

Sort order for Interim Reports and Management Fees
Allow functionality for the user to select how the Interim Report and Management Fees are printed ie. print by alpha or numeric order

Cash Management Report - total for all unpaid amounts
Unpaid column for the levy income. Doesn't give a total amount at the bottom for owners that are unpaid. All other columns in this section of the report have a total.

We want the ability to manage multiple banking setups within a single database - to allow our clients the flexibility of selecting their preference of using the businesses' single trust account or a property specific individual account. Quick Reports - Creditor Invoices, ability to select a manager
When using quick reports for creditor invoices when producing the report it doesn't allow for a manager column. Therefore I am having to select a Manager in the Owner's Corporation details and print numerous separate reports instead of just being able to print one.

Interest Allocation - Split by plans
I would like the ability to allocate interest received into one trust account to apportion to each plan.

Validated proxy votes
It would be good if the voting register had two lines for proxies - one showing any active and registered proxies, and a second line showing if a proxy had been used to cast an online vote. It would make validating online proxy votes much easier.

Strata Roll - Levy Addresses for notices
As the address for service of notices can differ between levies and notices, we request having them show separately. Also an agent could be receiving levies and notices therefore the email address shown on the notices tab should appear on the strata roll and not the owners main contact address.

Debt Recovery - payment plans
Payment Plan - please enhance to show a yes/no checkbox for payment plans on the Corp screen>financial not yet approved as meeting yet to be held. Also,needs to be included in the template for Debt Recovery.

Sub divisions - search options
Subsidiary Plans from sub-divisions - I would like SM to give another search option under the corp predictive text using the same format as 'other addresses' adding 'other plans'.

Corporation Search
Corporation Search - predictive text search to increase the number of characters as currently set to 10 x characters. This will assist where numerous buildings have the same street/body corp name eg: Magnoli Circuit/Magnoli Residences.

Manual Bank Reconciliation Warning when date Prior FY
Manual Bank Reconciliation - It would be helpful to display a warning message ie; This entry is dated in a previous financial year for this Owners Corporation. You should consider whether you need to reprint the financial statements for the Owners Corporation, otherwise, cancel and check the date; when using the add functionality for deposits or withdrawals where the date relates back in the prior financial year.

Please add the ability to be able to have the FS icon located on the individual Lot owner screen to access directly into the Individual Lot document folder in FS.

Document Register - Document Types
Suggestion for the Document Types drop down field options to be editable and you should be able to create your own document types.

Multiple Branches
STRATA master does not support our expanding business. As we purchase new branches, we have to take on their separate database which increases our software costs significantly. STRATA master does not allow you to have different branches, there is no customisation available in this regards.
