  1. It would be helpful if we can also upload photos similar to that of a work order. Also the ability to upload quotes or invoices when lodging the claim would also be helpful

  2. When using Search and looking through files, it will be useful for users to be able to alter the orders of the columns (in List Tool) and to have it permanently fixed to it's chosen position, without having it being reverted back to its original place when editing.

    For example: I check invoices and amounts daily and would like to be able to re-arrange the columns, so I can see them without having to scroll from side to side to be able to look at them. I understand we can move them temporarily, unfortunately, as soon as we edit the…

  3. When processing invoices in FileSmart each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in (e.g. invoice number, amount,..). I believe this only changed with the upgrade of FS as it used to highlight all information when tapping into the next field and you could easily type it over.
    Could we please change this again?

  4. Please look at illuminating the work history tab in workflow when there is a comment to look at. Quite often the doc appears in workflow and it gets workflowed because there is nothing to indicate that there is a comment in work history to look at

  5. When invoicing management fees, it would be beneficial to also save the diary notes as well as the invoices to file smart. Some of our BC's require the approval of invoices and request a copy of our diary notes in addition to our invoice. Currently I am separating the invoices from the invoices, scanning and filing to filesmart individually which is very time consuming.

  6. With the number of plans having defect work, OC and committees are having meetings held under privilege but the developers are still owing in the complex. Currently we need to remove the plans ability to see meetings at all from their web login in case the developer see them. We also cannot allocate to the committee to view on the portal as they all appear in the list of meetings on the logins.
    If we create the meeting through the meeting wizard, it shows on their web logins.
