  1. I think it would be great if you were given the option to choose a letter template when clicking the Word button on the lot owners card, rather than having to go through the mail merge function and select the one lot.

  2. it would be helpful to be able to add attachments and update the claims history in the insurance claim section so it retains it all together with the claim like it does in the diary.

  5. Owner Current Account, when opened for a part period, does not show monies allocated to levies struck prior to the dates selected.
    This has resulted in Judgement at court being set aside, that the Current Owner Account printed at two years old did not fully explain the Debtors payments.
    We suggest that a notation be on the Owner Current Acount to warn that the report, if not for full period, may not be complete.

  6. We are increasingly not able to send Agenda's and Minutes from Strata Master via outlook because the file size is too large.
    Therefore it is bouncing back and not able to be delivered to our contacts. It would be great if the file can automatically be zipped before automatically sending from Strata Master to Outlook.

  7. Including any POA, Enduring POA, Enduring Guardianship, Executor etc and Company Nominees received within the lot card, so that person is then noted on the Strata Roll report and more importantly on the Meeting Attendance Register. Currently the Meeting Attendance Register only pulls from the Meeting Register which only gives us the one option - either a proxy OR a nominee per lot.

  8. There are a couple of screens that you cant scroll through unless you are in edit mode which is really annoying such as insurance claims, notes in the tenant tab (of the lot owners card).

  10. An automated message to let un-financial Owners know they are in arrears and unable to vote at the upcoming meeting. This should have the functionality to be adjusted re how many days before hand and possibly even an exclusion option on an Owners contact card.

  11. Currently, there is no automated way to remind owners that their levies are about to be due. We would like a function that creates an automated text message to Owners with outstanding levies that is sent approximately three (3) days before the levy is due to ensure ample notification has been given.

  12. In REST there is a 'smart search' that is able to search everything to bring up possible property, owner, tenant matches.

    It would be brilliant if Strata Master had the same, the amount of agent levy payments that come through with no remittance advice or owner payments made from the owners partner (who will be in the system as a contact but not owner) it takes an extensive amount of time trying to locate the correct lot/s to allocate funds correctly.

    The ways to search at the moment are very frustrating as you are unable to put specific information into…

  15. When a Balance Sheet is produced part way through the year and the 'show previous period' option is selected the period shown is for the same month in the previous year, not as at the end of the previous financial year. That can be very confusing, particularly if you have also produced an Income & Expenditure report and selected the 'comparative period' -Prior year complete (financial year end) and not 'prior period' (same month in previous year).

    I suggest the Balance Sheet prior period should include the same options as the Income & Expenditure prior period options and the Balance…

  17. The ability to print GST/Tax report for prior period if plan has only been de-registered for GST recently i.e. GST status is registered until 30/6/19. Then was changed to unregistered from 1/7/19, should be able to produce GST/Tax report for the prior quarter from 1/4/19-30/6/19.

  18. Creditor invoices presently is automatically taking fund from the maintenance fund account if there are insufficient in the admin account.
    Having a feature that would prevent this from happening this would then eliminate drawing funds incorrectly from the maintenance fund account when it should have been taken out of the admin account.
    Taking funds out of the maintenance fund with owners’ approval is unacceptable under the Act. Can this be rectified instead of having to go into the building and reserve funds, as this is how l have been informed would help with not touching the Maintenance funds.

  19. Save mail merge letters to FileSmart - Individual Lots automatically or once you exit the letter, have a pop up so you can choose to save it. Similar to what REST does.
