  1. Charge individual owners directly for the posting of a levy notice/statement. At the moment it adds up the cost of all posted levies and does not charge back to the specific owners who you are posting to. Should include the wording on the levy notice that they can be emailed for no charge.

  2. Should be able to update and make changes to the expiry and rate for Investment accounts through the banking tab, rather than having to navigate to the configuration bank accounts screen.

  4. For the 12 Month Statement of Revenue & Expenses report to display the revenue/expense into each correct Month accordingly and not be determined by the financial year end 'month' number of days of the Building.

  5. Include additional permission options in the corporation screen to restrict admin staff from making sensitive changes to the various fields in the corporation screen while still giving them permission to make changes to the notes tab.

  7. Whilst online voting is activated for general meetings, can we open it up to include Vote Outside Committee (VOC) meetings as these are frequent and common in QLD. It's essentially a voting paper that is just sent to the committee members to vote.

    Whilst we can manipulate Strata Master to use a general meeting template, we need it to appear on the portal under committee meetings (and be identified as such)

  8. It would be great if there could be a section on the portal to display emergency after hours contact details along with the contact details for the properties preferred contractors (as this is already being set in the 'Tradesmen' tab within SM.

  10. Have the option to issue one service instead of all for the corporation. eg. issue only electricity submetered invoices. Currently, if you need to issue submeter invoices through the levy wizard, you have to issue the invoices for all services that are setup for that corporation.

  12. When going through the motions of a General Meeting, have a button to select 'Poll Vote' for each motion which brings up each Lot with a 'Yes' or 'No' next to their name for the user to tick. This could automatically calculate the results for each motion rather than manually calculating each time.

  13. We hope to issue First Fee Notice/ debt recover fees by selecting multiple OCs, be able to see lot owners names and sort by name order. In allowing this, we can put the invoices for same owners. At the moment if we select multiple OCs, the owners name cannot be shown and sorted. when we print, the lots are not in orders. we have spend hours to sort the levies out.

  14. Ability to exclude all additional email addresses in 1 go when sending bulk email via the communication wizard instead of having to untick each of them. This is time-consuming when doing it for large Strata Plans

  19. Reverse user rights changes - Creditors v11.5

    In strata master v11.5, user rights were changed so that:
    - All staff with "Read" permissions can change any creditor details except bank details
    - All staff with "Write" permissions can change all creditor details.

    This is a risk for all strata businesses and needs to be reversed.

    Staff should be able to read but make no changes, particularly when new staff are employed and are in training. We cannot risk them changing details resulting in work orders being distributed incorrectly, cheques being posted to the wrong address, etc.

  20. To change the colour of the headers within the owner / committee portal from Blue to a neutral colour like Black as Blue does not go with all client's branding.
