  1. Currently the process of excluding an owner from debt recovery to allow for a payment plan on a special levy results in that owner not receiving reminders for any stage on their regular quarterly levies.
    To alleviate this issue I suggest that we be able to exclude a specific levy from debt recovery if a payment plan has been arranged and this will allow all other levies be subjected to the normal debt recovery process

  2. Alerts on the corp and owner screen that pop up when you open that Owner/Corp the same as the REST program.(eg. deaf owner only text)

  4. Due to Covid 19 we have a number of owners and committees wanting to defer the OC levies. Most of our OC have enough surplus funds to get by for 6-12 months however, there is no way to currently do this in Strata. You can not change a due date for a levy from the OC level or individual owner level. If this is something that could be updated before your next meeting in September due to the current circumstances it would be a huge help. Deferring interest doesn't help as the OC's/Lots will still receive the debt recovery notices.…

  5. Where parent/sub accounts have been setup, and you are producing the income & expenditure report ticked to include sub accounts, could the income & expenditure report also include the parent account heading for all accounts connected to that parent account.

  7. It would be great to be able to have staff have the ability to filter reminders by their name i.e. who is to action the work. Currently the reminders only bring through the manager and that manager might have 3 or 4 assistants that action work

  9. It would be useful if owners could log in using their email address instead of their web access number if they wanted to. We have had owners contact us requesting this functionality.

  10. There are a number of options that would work for the client:
    1. The web access number can be changed
    2. The web access number is only required to be entered the first time, but it doesn’t ask for this for every subsequent time (only for the password as per many banking institutions)
    3. The web access number is the nominated e-mail address

    If the web access number is required to be entered every time, and it isn’t the clients e-mail address, and it can’t be changed, this is completely unworkable for the client, and won’t work as an ap…

  12. The ability to be able to configure the headings for the online portal, and control the descriptions of the documents available. We have a lot of owners contact us regularly requiring assistance to navigate through the portal to find documents as the pre configured tabs are quite vague. We would like the ability to re name headings and configure the way the documents are presented.

  13. Overwriting type font in fields:

    When adding new information (for example, updating an owner’s address) each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in. Can it be set up so that once the curser is tabbed into the field it highlights all information and then can be easily typed over?

  14. Can reports please have the Headings repeated on subsequent pages – example:

    Owner Ledger – Levies: Levy No, Due Date, Details etc only shows on page 1.

    Same with Owner Ledger – Receipts:
    Date, Receipt No, Paid, Interest, etc only shows on page 1. Would be much more user friendly if these headings repeated on each subsequent page.

  15. The ability to untick a report on the global settings (Access to particular reports) but can still show that report for Strata Plans (Reports by plan).
    Currently, if a report is untick on the global settings, it cannot be configured for a particular Strata Plan.

Currently when an Owner goes Stage 3 in debt collection process we are required to enter a reminder in another diary/calender to remind the 28 days has elapsed and matter can be referred onto the Debt collection agency. It would be good if when we do our monthly debt collection it included a reminder that an Owner received Stage 3 last month and can be refered on. Saves managers having to place reminders in external programs to remind and possible miss.

  19. With the number of plans having defect work, OC and committees are having meetings held under privilege but the developers are still owing in the complex. Currently we need to remove the plans ability to see meetings at all from their web login in case the developer see them. We also cannot allocate to the committee to view on the portal as they all appear in the list of meetings on the logins.
    If we create the meeting through the meeting wizard, it shows on their web logins.

  20. Currently there is only space for 15 x characters for an invoice number. Can this be increased as we receive some invoices that have over 15 characters in their invoice number.
