Audit Trail for Agent "Contact name" field updates
I would like an Audit Trail Report to ascertain whom in my Agency had made changes to the "Contact Name" field within Manage > Contacts for an agency - in changing the contact details they had made errors which negatively impacted on the Agency

Reports - Lot Detail for NZ
NZ doesn't necessarily refer to lots as "Lots". I would like to use this report as part of welcome package but the heading "Lot Detail Report" isn't suitable. The Lot Detail report isn't included in the Terminology screen. Could this be added to the Terminology screen so that client is able to make changes to the report heading. Also if NZ terminology doesn't use the term "Lots" perhaps this could be replaced throughout STRATA Master for NZ clients.

Single Trust - additional payment options
I run STRATA Master on Single Trust would like SM to update with extra function of electronic funds transfer when issuing payments from Trust ledger At the moment, only option available is paid by chq.

Multiple Branches
STRATA master does not support our expanding business. As we purchase new branches, we have to take on their separate database which increases our software costs significantly. STRATA master does not allow you to have different branches, there is no customisation available in this regards.

Meeting Wizard - formatting
We do not use meeting master because there is not enough options for formatting and branding. We do not want documentation we are sending out to owners to look like every other strata company out there using STRATA master

Owner Selector Search window
When you bring up the Owners Selector window (Ctrl + N) and select a lot/plan and press enter, the focus (cursor) remains in the Plan No. box. Focus should be moved back to the Lot No. box to make it easier for the next search (otherwise we have to tab backwards to enter the lot number and tab forwards again before pressing enter). It’s a small thing, but important for user interaction/ease of use.

Levy Notice - Ability to customise
We want to be able to change the look of a Levy notice to suit our business needs and branding.

Work Order saving to FS
It would be helpful if STRATA Master automatically saved work orders and quote requests to file SMART or at least put them in the archive queue. It is hard to remember to do this as you have to print preview and it just takes too long when you are so time poor.

Insurance Quotes
There is a lot of work that goes into obtaining insurance quotes and arranging renewals for each building. There is nowhere in STRATA Master to track the journey and record all the information.
