Meeting Wizard - formatting
We do not use meeting master because there is not enough options for formatting and branding. We do not want documentation we are sending out to owners to look like every other strata company out there using STRATA master

Meeting Master Quick Launch Buttons
Add Quick Launch buttons to allow for:
Review the tradesmans tab (we do this every year after the AGM to ensure it is kept up to date)
put the next AGM in the meeting register (the reoccurring resolutions button is not suitable for us to use as we make updates to our minutes each and every year and the reoccurring button does not allow for these)

Search and select account code by typing portion of account code name
In the following screens:
- Creditor Invoice
- Quick pay
- Manual Bank Reconciliation, Deposit & Withdrawal Tabs
- Journal
- Miscellaneous Invoice
- Other Receipt Type to Owners Corp
- Credit Lot
- Reporting criteria that allows for filtering by account code
- and any other screen where you select an account code, it would be great if you could start to type part of the code name and it searches/provide options available.
For e.g. if I typed "Doors" it would filter account codes to provide a list of account codes with the word "Doors" in it:

Insurance History
On the CORP page where the insurance cover details are entered, it would be helpful to have historical information held from the period cover. The reasoning behind this is that on occasion insurance claims are settled for prior years. At present one has to go to FILESMART find the insurance renewal and scroll down to find the excess that is applicable for that particular year.

Year end detailed revenue reports - we have to run two reports to cover a period - can we please have an option to enter a date range.

Levy notice file name naming convention
When levies notices are emailed, file naming convention is : Lot#_FeeNotice2019...

Include POA etc & Co Nominee details received within the lot card
Including any POA, Enduring POA, Enduring Guardianship, Executor etc and Company Nominees received within the lot card, so that person is then noted on the Strata Roll report and more importantly on the Meeting Attendance Register. Currently the Meeting Attendance Register only pulls from the Meeting Register which only gives us the one option - either a proxy OR a nominee per lot.

Plans/lots have valid tenancy
When running Quick report > Meetings > 'Show plans with 50% or more valid tenancy', should have a column that shows how many lots in the plan that got valid tenancy and a column for the percentage.

Search field in Contacts for Real Estate Agents
When you click on Manage - Contacts and search for a real estate agent to edit, you need to scroll though. There should be an option to search key words to bring up the selected real estate.

Creditor invoices to be paid from correct account
Creditor invoices presently is automatically taking fund from the maintenance fund account if there are insufficient in the admin account.
Having a feature that would prevent this from happening this would then eliminate drawing funds incorrectly from the maintenance fund account when it should have been taken out of the admin account.
Taking funds out of the maintenance fund with owners’ approval is unacceptable under the Act. Can this be rectified instead of having to go into the building and reserve funds, as this is how l have been informed would help with not touching the Maintenance funds.I feel…

Save Mail Merge Letters in FileSmart
Save mail merge letters to FileSmart - Individual Lots automatically or once you exit the letter, have a pop up so you can choose to save it. Similar to what REST does.

Debt Recovery - customise fee notice wording
Ability to customise fee notice wording. We would like the ability to customise the wording 'Debt Recovery' as this raises many questions with our lot owners, in particular if it is only a Reminder Fee that we issuing them.

Show the amount of Individual Term Deposit on Bank Account Tab
In a recent upgrade, STRATA Master has allowed users to record the interest rate and expiry of term deposit accounts which is then shown on the bank account tab of the corporation screen (attached)
It would also be helpful to record the current bank balances of each investment account (some properties have multiple) so that all the information is in one place rather than checking registers or producing a balance sheet as well as the corp screen

Allow multiple biller codes for the same creditor
For some reason, companies like Energy Australia, AGL, Telstra have varying biller codes. Since StrataMaster only allows one biller code per creditor, we have to have multiples of each company set up as a creditor, with the varying biller codes assigned to the respective creditor.
Each biller allows us to add the customer reference number for the strata plan to the creditor. Perhaps an option could be created so we could, for certain creditors, remove their “general” biller code and instead add the biller code along with the customer reference number.

Remittance advice summary report should have the Body Corp name as well.

Work Orders - ability to link additional creditor
Would like the ability to link two creditors to a work order.
Instances where the creditor who carried out the work is not the creditor that is issued the invoice for payment, so would like to keep a record of both.3 votes
