Debt recovery - Strata & Association template
STRATA Master only allows for one template to be linked for each stage of the debt recovery function. We need to set Debt Recovery templates for each association type; Strata and Association. They are governed by different legislation so require different wording on their arrears notices, namely the 28 day letter to be issued to Strata Plans prior to being able to send them to Legals.

Issuing Levy Notices to multiple owner addresses
Where multiple owners are attached to 1 lot, ability for levy notices to be printed for each owner attached to that lot.

Allocation of interest for investment accounts
We have a lot of investment accounts that are split between Admin and Capital Works funds. When applying interest, this automatically gets allocated to Capital Works Investment Interest. as you can only link one Investment account code. Interest needs to be apportioned to both interest revenue streams.
Would like functionality to configure Strata Master to split the interest between the two funds similar to what can be done for the operating account.2 votes -

Would like to the ability to edit details in Strata Master without the need to click on an Edit icon. This should be automatic based on the user configuration setup.

Committee access to lot owner contact details
Committee members would like access to details of lot owners, residents, tenants. Obviously this needs to meet privacy act requirements.
Realise they could be given a log-in to STRATA Master but this would give them access to much information.
Maybe it could be added to portals for committee members only and be on basis of each body corp building, if they agree to have that level of access.1 vote -
Corporation Screen - Financials breakdown by Group
Cash at Bank on Corp Screen, currently shows total cash of the whole plan. Would like to see Cash for each group for ease of invoice payments

Debt Recovery - template configurations
Templates -would like to be able to configure templates per corporation and just agency based. Some schemes may approve payment plans and some may not, we request to be able to have alternate templates without manually changing the templates each time or changing the heading between each template. Also associations don’t have to have payment plans so this would be a completely different template all together. Alternate templates on a corp basis instead of agency basis to accommodate.

Online voting for commercial properties
Ability to track the person who has voted. In SA, commercial properties can choose to vote on unit entitlements.
So voting needs three options:
1) Financial
2) Number of people
3) unit entitlementWould like a pop up when they go to vote advising they are not financial so can't vote. Link in the email that sends out the voting papers to pay now. Also a tick box to still let someone vote if only 1 cent in arrears, or an option to set a threshold up to a certain amount where people can still vote.

Meeting Wizard - Attendees Merge Field
Currently <<Attendees>> merge field only populates the names of the owners that were present at a meeting. Would like the ability to populate all owners names on the meeting minutes ,whether or not they attend the meeting as all owners should be able to see/view this information.

AGM Prep - Save report option
If you don't have fileSMART, when selecting the Multiple Plan option in AGM Prep, the "Save Report" option is greyed out, the checkbox is unticked and there is no option to have SM save the reports to the Document Register.

Remittance Advices - ability to collate per creditor
We would like the remittance invoices to print in bulk for each creditor and not one page for each remittance - it is a huge waste of stationary and time for each one to print over them collating

Strata Roll - Levy Addresses for notices
As the address for service of notices can differ between levies and notices, we request having them show separately. Also an agent could be receiving levies and notices therefore the email address shown on the notices tab should appear on the strata roll and not the owners main contact address.

Cash Management Report - total for all unpaid amounts
Unpaid column for the levy income. Doesn't give a total amount at the bottom for owners that are unpaid. All other columns in this section of the report have a total.

Quick Reports - Creditor Invoices, ability to select a manager
When using quick reports for creditor invoices when producing the report it doesn't allow for a manager column. Therefore I am having to select a Manager in the Owner's Corporation details and print numerous separate reports instead of just being able to print one.

Debt Recovery - payment plans
Payment Plan - please enhance to show a yes/no checkbox for payment plans on the Corp screen>financial not yet approved as meeting yet to be held. Also,needs to be included in the template for Debt Recovery.
