Black in dropdown using groups
Would like the name of the main group, assigned in Manage > Group reporting, to appear in the dropdown menu when entering invoices, journals, etc. Currently it shows a blank.

Manual Receipting
Manual Receipt Screen - please add check box option to deselect all invoices levies that are auto-selected when tabbing after the amount is entered . More user friendly where multiple invoice/levy lines are auto selected. User then only needs to make their manual receipt selections.

Restrict Committee Spend
Please add a restriction amount for spending on the committee tab as per minutes. Similar to the option under the corp>financial tab 'Reserve Funds'.

Insurance Claims - select owner details
I would like to be able to select owner details when entering a claim and populate them on the Insurance claim form - currently have to manually add this information into the detail of the form.

Syncing Diary & Reminders to Outlook
I would like the ability to sync SM Diary and reminders to Outlook calendar. This would enable ease of viewing not just SM diaries or reminders from the one application.

Audit Trail for Agent "Contact name" field updates
I would like an Audit Trail Report to ascertain whom in my Agency had made changes to the "Contact Name" field within Manage > Contacts for an agency - in changing the contact details they had made errors which negatively impacted on the Agency

Document Register - Debt Recovery notices to be saved in "Financial" folder
When running debt recovery notices, they currently save to the "Other" folder, however doesn't make sense to have them save there. They should be saved in the "Financial" folder and client has to manually move them to that folder

Document Register - ability to transfer files out
as files accumulate, wanting a file transfer function that allows the movement of saved files in the document register dating back 3,4,5+ years to another drive location.

To be able to recreate a bank reconciliation within STRATA Master for a date in the past i.e. 30/06/2018.

Building Manager details
There needs to be a section on the General or Tradesmen screen that allows the input of Building Manager details that can be loaded and viewed in the Owner Portal in the same area where the OC Manager’s details can be accessed

Levy Payments - Ability to receipt to multiple lots
Currently, our lot owners process their levy payments using the DEFT payment system through Macquarie Bank, yet in the case with a lot owner with multiple levies due from multiple OC's within the same property, the lot owner is unable to process one credit card payment for all dues. The lot owner is therefore required to process multiple credit card payments for each separate OC levy due.

AGM Preperation - Cash Management Report

Option to auto upload Invoices on portal
Show all invoices on portal.
Some treasurers want to be able to view all invoices saved in filesmart on the portal. At present we have to do this manually from time to time as invoices are processed. I would to be able to choose to have all invoices for a strata plan automatically added to the portal for the committee to view.

SMS - Save to Diary option to list individual lots
When sending SMS and select "Save to diary", if 2 or more lots are selected to receive the SMS, the individual lots selected are not listed in the diary entry. Only shows: 13 SMS sent - owner contact.

Transfer to investment - option for group accounts
Could the transfer to investment screen have groups added as a selection. I have investments in both general and group accounts. at the moment I have to use the Quick Pay option to enable to transfer to link to the group or I have to do a journal after to transfer the amount. it would be great to be able to do all transfers from "Transfer to investment".
