We believe that the debt recovery and annual notices that are emailed, should also show the email address on the document register, like the standard notices do

Increased formatting options for RTF files
Would like increased formatting options for RTF files. For example, an image is added and centered in the VotingInvitationCoverLetterTemplate.rtf file. When issuing Voting Invitations in Meting Meeting, the image prints out left aligned.

Diary Reporting - Report on chargeable entries only
The ability to select only chargeable entries when committee request chargeable items. Currently if you produce a diary report you get everything and have to filter through the chargeable entries. Would be very handy when we are asked to submit for a s60 Costs award or similar

Edit Levy Fee Notices - esp. make the $2.75 MBL fee clearer
I would like to see the ability to edit the fee notice template - the Macquarie bank (newish) $2.75 Aust Post fee. It would be excellent to be able to highlight this fee. eg amount due $100 - then another box amount due if paying at Aust post $102.75. ( I have many clients who owe $2.75 on my debtors ledger - they are not clear on the need to pay $2.75 more that the invoice says, to cover the Aust Post fee) - example attched

GST on Multiple Miscellaneous Invoices
In Version 11 the ability to edit the GST was only added to SINGLE miscellaneous Invoices.
We need to recoup water charges for buildings with 20+ Lots. Extending the edit ability to MULTIPLE Miscellaneous Invoices would extremely advantageous.2 votes -

Change Owner Checklist Wizard - Levy Notices Button
The Levy Notices button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard does not print the VCAT page, nor is there an option to save that Fee Notice to FileSmart. The only work around is to print the Fee Notice via the Levy Notice wizard, making the button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard fairly redundant.

Quick Reports - Creditor Invoices: Column for Group (Schedule)
It would be really helpful if we were able to include a column for Group (or Schedule) in the quick report for creditor invoices so we can see which OC that expense was allocated to.
At the moment the only way to see this is via the Formatted Report for Detailed Expenses (Group).

Print Levy Notices
When charging fees for print levy notices, Multiple Owners Corp option is used and there are too many lots for the particular quarter. SM cannot cope with the number and may stop the process half way through the run. This causes an issue with the fees being charged as SM will only charge the Fees at the completion of the entire levy run. If the run fails half way through, then the charges will not be processed onto the plan. Ability for SM to either process the fees for the plans it has already printed the notices out for, or…

PAYG on BAS and GST Report
Including the current PAYG contribution on the Extract file. This is not currently held in the system but if it was it could also be included on the extract file which would then provide the complete information required to complete the BAS and process payments and refunds.

Proxy/nominee register - Substitute Proxy
Proxy/nominee register needs a column for substitute proxies. Proxy/nominee register does not permit us to have two entries for one lot. For example, a company can appoint a company nominee however if that nominee cannot attend a specific meeting, the company can appoint a proxy. Both entries are necessary and valid. Same goes if we have a power of attorney on file and we list the owner as an owner's representative. We then cannot add a proxy for that lot if the need arises.
